TERMS & CONDITIONS

MINIMUM ORDER 
There is no minimum order - no order is too small!
 

ORDER FORM DETAILS 
Please make sure that the form is 100% complete. Double check the shipping address and make sure that it is correct. Including a nearby landmark will make it faster for the rider to locate your address.
 

THE PROCESS 
Pre-existing designs: After receiving your order form/s, you will receive an email confirmation within 72hours.
Invoice, payment details and estimated timeline of production will be sent to you for approval.
 

No artworks/layouts will be sent for review and approval.
Production will be based on the approved invoice with details of order.

The full payment should be settled on or before the due date given.
Receipt of full payment signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Failure of payment on due date will result to an automatic cancellation of job order.
We do not accept any revisions after full payment has been made.
 

PROCESSING TIMES 
Depending on the size of your order, you can expect to receive your order in 1-2 weeks after full payment is made. Note: During peak seasons (September-December), expect the production time to be longer.
If you require your orders sooner, we DO NOT offer a RUSH service.
 

PAYMENT METHOD via BDO ONLINE OR CASH DEPOSIT or GCASH.
All customers can pay via BDO Online or Cash Deposit or via GCASH.

SHIPPING 
All domestic orders are shipped via LBC EXPRESS with tracking number. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and size of order. Notera Philippines accepts no responsibility for any loss or goods damaged as a result of neglect or poor storage and undue care once the order has been shipped or collected and released to you as the customer. Customer should be the one to follow up on the delivery status. If the courier reports that the order has been delivered and the customer claims that the package was not received, the customer should be the one to directly contact the courier company and check on the status of shipment.
 

EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS 
Due to the custom nature of business, all sales are final. Please ensure you check your proofs. Notera Philippines will not be responsible for grammar, punctuation, spelling or layout mistakes once you have approved your invoice. No refunds will be made once payment is received. This applies to cancellation of jobs also. Occasionally mistakes are made. We will reprint any order and pay shipping and handling charges when there has been a mistake on our part. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer’s satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for the cost of reprinted order and additional shipping. Notera Philippines will not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect orders being placed by the customer.
 

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO DIFFERENT COMPUTER MONITORS/CALIBRATIONS, COLORS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THE ACTUAL PRODUCT.
